Booking and confirmation

Submitting the online form requests an appointment. Your booking is complete once you receive confirmation. Same-day appointments require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact details, safe access to your home or pet, and complete care information including allergies, medical conditions, behavior concerns, feeding schedule, and special routines.

Please supply food, treats, a leash or harness, comfort items, and — if needed — only the medication required for the duration of the visit, with written instructions.

My responsibilities

Punctual, attentive care that follows your written instructions, clear communication before and after visits, and honest notice if anything changes.

Scheduling changes

Cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and late fees are covered by the Cancellation Policy and Payment Policy pages.

Limits of service

House Plenty Paws is an independent local pet care service. Services described on this site are provided as described and no professional certification, licensing, or insurance is claimed.

Care may be declined or ended if a pet or environment presents a safety risk. You will be contacted immediately if that happens.

These terms may be updated as the business grows. The version shown on this page at the time of your booking applies.
