Payment Policy
Clear pricing, no surprises. You'll always know the cost before anything is confirmed.
Quotes
Pricing depends on the service, visit length, number of pets, and your neighborhood, so every quote is personal. You'll receive a clear quote before your booking is confirmed.
Deposits
For same-day appointments, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at or before the visit.
Longer bookings such as overnights or multi-day sitting may also require a deposit; this will always be discussed with you up front.
Accepted payment methods
Cash, Zelle, and CashApp. Payment details are shared once your booking is confirmed.
Additional fees
A $20 late fee may apply if you are more than 30 minutes late for an appointment that requires your presence.
Extra pets, extended visit time, or added tasks requested during a visit may adjust the final total. You'll be told before the extra work happens whenever possible.
Receipts
Ask any time and I'll send a written receipt for your records by email or text.
